Our History
Juja Road Hospital was established to make safe, respectful and affordable maternity care more accessible to families.
What began in 2011 as a single-room clinic is now two hospitals, in Pangani and Ruiru, caring for women, newborns, children and families.
How the hospital began
We grew as the needs of our patients grew.
Juja Road Hospital began in 2011 as a single-room clinic with one purpose: safe, respectful maternity care that families could afford. As patients needed more, the clinic became a hospital in Pangani, with expanded services for women, newborns, children and families.
Our second hospital in Ruiru now brings care closer to families in Kiambu County and surrounding areas. More than 60 people across clinical care, nursing, diagnostics and support services work across both hospitals.
